How to Go on a Date without your Parents Knowing

  posted by: Amber Ford

strict parentsDating begins at teenage years.  Don’t be surprised if you see elementary and middle school students getting curious about it.  At first they go out in group and then later on they will go out by pairs.  They will soon have the so-called going steady.  However, parents tend to worry upon knowing that their kids start to date.  They guard them until they become overprotective.  This teaches kids to sneak out just to be with someone special.  They go somewhere without their parents knowing.

Dating Tips

I was once an adolescent and I know how it feels like not to see the person you like.  I’ve been there so I will share to you some ways to sneak out and enjoy being with someone special.

  • Don’t be very obvious that you have a plan to go on a date. In order for you to do this, you need to gain your parents’ trust first.  Be good with your academics.  Show them that you are working hard to earn good grades and make them feel proud of you.
  • Be with the friends that your parents trust.  When you want to go out use them as your front.  Use them to cover up your plan to go on a date.  This dating guide has been proven to be effective.
  • Find a good time to leave.  Don’t leave when you have responsibilities to be accomplished at home.
  • Go home early.  Don’t stay out too long or go home late at night because you will give them the idea that you’ve been doing something else.
  • Watch your actions when your parents are around. Don’t stay on the phone for so long.
  • Don’t post your intriguing photos together.
  • Don’t do something stupid.  Don’t drink on your date. Make sure that you don’t take home kiss marks.  Your mom and dad will be able to notice them.

Enjoy the fun and thrill of dating but watch your actions.  Don’t go beyond limitations. Don’t engage in activities that could ruin your future.  Just have fun but as much as possible avoid too much duplicity.  Heeding this dating advice could help you have a better life.

Well, you are so young to fight for what you feel for him. I advise that you listen to your parents. Besides, they allow you to be with him as a friend. Why not enjoy his company as a friend? Enjoy your friendship as you get to know him better.

Ok, so I am hoping you have advise for this. I am 15, going on 16. I am not allowed to date till I am 16, but I really like this guy, and my parents took one look at him and said no. They say I can be friends with him but not exclusive.
